I have booked a flat in Supertech Upcounty project at Yamuna Expressway,Noida in Oct 2011.However, without any notification, they have changed the possession year “2013″ to “2015″ in the allotment letter which is a painful area to me. Now when I charged penalty from them, they deny the same. Please let me know what should I do.
