Job Description

  • Responsible for selling Residential properties in Super Luxury Segment PAN INDIA.
  • S/he should have hands on management style and proven experience of managing and motivating a Sales team.
  • Should also have excellent relationship account management skills and should ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • S/he should have strong organizational, time management, negotiation, communication skills.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Candidate will be responsible for Planning & Conceptualizing the strategy to achieve business goals, profitability and to develop and maintain relationship with the channel partners.
  • Candidate should be well versed in interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
  • Candidate to Prepare Sales plan and Sales targets for the team, monitoring and ensuring achievement of Sales targets.
  • Candidate to create database of potential customers through various channels for the super / ultra-luxury properties.
  • Candidate to develop and implement the Marketing Strategy, Establish and Manage New Channel partners for maximize revenue generation and lead closures
  • Candidate to work on the develop the strategy for sales promotion of undergoing and upcoming projects
  • Meeting the clients, giving presentations about the product.
  • Facilitating site visits of the customers, resolving their queries and closing the sale.
  • Meeting sales organizers/brokers on a regular basis, updating them on the stock availability of new projects, price revision etc. and also helping them in closing sales.
  • Organizing events along with financial institutions / channel partners as sales promotional activities.
  • Relationship management with the existing customers and resolving their grievances & generate further leads through them.
  • Competition analysis including tracking of new launches by the competitors on a regular basis and workout appropriate strategies to tackle competition.
  • Training and development of the Sales team to facilitate their professional development.

  • Confer with department heads or Staff to discuss topics such as contracts, selection of advertising media, or product to be advertised.
  • Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase the sales of the product or services, working with customers, company officials, sales department and advertising agencies
  • Prepare budgets and submit estimates for program costs as part of the campaign development.
  • Prepare and negotiate advertising and sales contracts.
  • Coordinate activities of department such as sales, graphic arts, media, finance and research.
  • Contact organizations to explain services and facilities offered.
